Subtraction Enrichment (SE) Products for Human Samples
SE products are highly efficient in enriching circulating rare cells from human peripheral blood, pleural effusion, ascites, urine or cerebrospinal fluids. These rare cells include circulating tumor cells (CTCs) shed from all different solid tumors, circulating tumor-derived endothelial cells (CTECs) and circulating tumor stem cells. The exceedingly enriched native unperturbed cells are suitable for various morphological and functional analyses, such as immunofluorescence staining, iFISH identification, NGS analysis and primary tumor cell culture.
The Ultraclean-SE product enriches extremely pure rare cells from 8.5 ml blood with less than 100-200 residual WBCs. This product is particularly suitable for additional assays which are sensitive to leukocyte interference.
The sterile enrichment products sterilely enrich tumor cells which are suitable for primary tumor cell culture.
